Whether you are doing this for yourself or have hired someone to use it for you, it is a great value and once you get a hang of it, the ease of use will impress you. > > **Desventajas**: As wonderful as it is that it is very comprehensive, it can have a learning curve to get up to speed on using it. Ideal for mid to larger businesses. Small businesses may not need all of its features. However they have great customer support to help you on your way. > > QuickBooks Desktop was great for when you want day to day reporting, and then financial reporting for the month, quarter and year. It does require some time to investing in using it to become more conformable, but once you have you are on your way. There are audit logs to help you track down changes and I realize it is not a problem specific to QuickBooks but the simplicity does have negatives. > > I do not really want to lose my QuickBooks desktop but with everything transitioning to online (and Pro and Premier versions no longer supported), I "fear" that Enterprise Edition will be discontinued soon. Secondly importing transactions from bank statements is very complicated and crashes the application on many occasions. Lastly limited to the office computer but that is a conscious decision to keep the cost down. > > Overall satisfied with the performance and have rated it 4 stars. The invoicing functionality and reconciliation tools are the most helpful features.
