Translators are supported by a translation memory and machine translation. The API allow uploading texts from 3rd party development systems and also HTML from webpages and downloading the result. Online software ensures that multiple translators can work in parallel. Support team helped us solve project-related questions. > > **Desventajas**: A major upgrade to the LingoHub software in 2019 led to slower response times earlier this year. Fixed by now (September 2019). > > When translating all marketing and software texts through Lingohub, we benefit from the ease of use and the support by the software. Translation memory and machine translation help our in-house and external translators. I understand someone can have technical issues but trying to lie to your customers about it is low.
