> **Puntos a favor**: So far so good. the tool itself is complex with alot of 'rabbit holes' that you can get lost in, which leads to a learning curve and a time commitment I wasn't expecting but the feature sets are robust.

> **Desventajas**: Complexity. There is a dual layer navigation menu and the pricing is a bit confusing, you have alot of add ons. For example you can sync reviews in the Feed plan but there is an entirely different Review section in another plan that is additive and more robust for syndication and followup so while the two are related that are billed and function separately, not ideal.

> I will call out their customer service - i conencted wtih \[sensitive content hidden\] very quickly during a chat to resolve and get some questions answered about their Affiliate tool. He was very helpful and clear and action oriented \*\*\*\*\* (five stars on \[sensitive content hidden\])
