> **Puntos a favor**: This software improves efficiency and allows us to evaluate data to determine where we can improve and cut costs. The ability to send and receive client text messages that are automatically posted to the case is a big time saver.

> **Desventajas**: There were some growing pains the first few weeks when we transitioned from a popular case management software to GrowPath, but this was really our Firm learning how to use something new. No real complaints.
> 
> GrowPath helped identify and eliminate internal induced delays. I can't imagine ever going back to our old case software management after using this program.
