Lo que más valoramos de Plutio es su versatilidad de funcionalidades ya que puedes utilizarlo como gestión de ventas de clientes y proveedores, gestionar proyectos de diferentes formas (kanban, sincronización con calendarios...) y poner la facturación.

Puntos en contra:

Al ser un programa todo en uno hay funcionalidades como la de facturación y contabilidad que resultan un poco básicas.

Una de las funciones que más me gusta de Plutio, más allá de administrar clientes es su capacidad para gestionar proyectos. Esta herramienta me ha permitido agilizar una variedad de proyecto e ideas, desde la creación de páginas web y contenidos, incluso la grabación de videos. El recordatorio es muy útil para mantener al día las tareas, y progresar en cada etapa del proyecto hasta alcanzar el objetivo. En sí, tiene muchas funciones claves para gestionar un negocio. Pero una cosa que valoro de esta plataforma, es su capacidad de multi-idiomas. Por lo general, los CRM con funciones avanzadas andan bien solo en inglés, pero esta herramienta fluye genial en español. Este es un plus muy importante para mí y también lo será para los emprendedores y marketers de habla hispana.

Puntos en contra:

Quizás una desventaja que le encuentro a esta plataforma serían sus precios. Ya que para poder obtener funciones más avanzadas es necesario pagar un poco más. Pero al ser multifuncional ayuda a su vez a no usar o pagar por otras herramientas.

Finally software that works with me.

Comentarios: It has been a dream to use since first starting with it. We have been using 4 other products one after the other for the last year or so and they all had flaws, some more than others. Everything just works out of the box as they say and it is so easy, I have not looked anything up yet and will look into this when I have setup all our current projects.

Setting up and managing projects is so easy, fits most industries due to its fluid design for projects. The cost is attractive when you take into account the amount of time saved for team projects. Being able to set permissions on different roles and create new ones is also a bonus. You can make the client as transparent to the project as you like with the use of the same permissions or even create different client types depending on what they need access to. File uploads work perfectly which is a welcome change.

Puntos en contra:

Would like to see the accounting features expanded, but not important to key features nor for software of this sort.

Comentarios: Almost really good, but the bugs and occasional customer facing errors were too much and eventually I jumped ship to another product that's not quite as powerful but is super reliable.

Pluto has most things that you need to run a one person business all under one roof. It has great task and project management tools, collaboration with clients, contract signing, billing, forms etc.

Sometimes the team will make changes to the product that are not backwards compatible, without warning. New features are often buggy when first released. The quality control and testing seems lacking.

Plutio is the best project management software (and more) for me

Comentarios: I just don't know where to start and how to not be too enthousiastic to prevent others from being disappointed. Plutio works perfectly for me due to its intuitive user interface, customisability and completeness. I'm sold people, I'm sold.

I tried Asana, Trello and all, but they just don't work for my neurodiverse brain. So I turned to Freedcamp, which really worked well, until I got my hands on Plutio. The ease of use makes me actually WANT to work with/in Plutio, where the other tools were just tools. Plutio becomes my workspace, which really makes it work. Plutio is intuitive, flexible, customisable and very complete, as you have project management, CRM, calendar finance, (internal) communication, proposals, invoicing and even more in one platform. You can add as many clients as you like and even host it as a subdomain of your own website. This makes it professional towards your clients, also because you can use your own colour schemes. And from what I know, there will be more development, improvements and integrations, so it's going to be even better than it is already.

So far, I have only experienced problems with my time registration, where I can't find how to edit the time. And it would be even more awesome if I could actually integrate my email, so I can work straight from Plutio and from Plutio alone (other niche specific tools and our website excluded of course).

I run a marketing company, and I always struggled to find a system that worked well for my business. Once I found Plutio, it was in its just-released stage of life, and as you can imagine, there were a few things that didn’t work the way you would think it might. However, this is the actual review; when you have an issue or are faced with a problem in the system, the team that works for Plutio will bend over backward for you to help make it right. In my experience with many companies over the years, there are good and bad. I know that [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his fantastic team at Plutio are there when I need them. The customer service is better than 95% of the other companies I have worked with in the past. The system is always improving; they are not the type that builds something and works to fix it regularly while taking your money NO! They release updates and new features all the time. In summary, if you are trying to find that one great system to help you manage your business, QUIT looking at reviews. You found it! You would have to be an idiot not to use this team. Comentarios: Right now I’ve been using it with my collaborators with no issues to test things out before inviting clients. I’ve been sending proposals to clients and it has helped close deals.

I‘ve been able to unify different sales tools to handle tue process of capturing prospects info, creating proposals for them and then creating all the project management boards for follow up. Having used more advanced and powerful software such as clickup, I can see the value in providing a more simple portal for clients and collaborators. There is a lot of features still pending, but the team seems responsive and keeps working to make a better platform. Integrations through their api, zapier and integromat can fill the gaps on functionality.

Puntos en contra:

My main issues with Plutio are incomplete/incorrect Spanish translations, certain bugs that require workarounds or reloading the page, and mainly a lack of native import functions. The last one can be worked around using zapier/integromat but it still requires you to set things up or pay for these extra services depending on how many records you will be working.

Comentarios: I recently started using Plutio for my freelance work. I recently start one project regarding niche website. Using Plutio my team and client share files and all related data easily. Besides we did not need training to use Plutio because it have very interactive interface. Most interesting features Plutio gives us, such as Invoicing, project management, Customer relationship management, time tracking and many more. Customer care is very active regarding user problem, i contacted several time, get response in between 1 hour.

Comentarios: Support is good. Invoicing is good. For what I use it for I'm a happy customer. I know it's a small business and there's not a lot of developers working on it, but even so the product always seems to be growing.

I purchased Plutio on AppSumo. I was using FreshBooks but it was expensive and I only need invoicing. The invoicing part works well so I stayed with Plutio.

Search isn't helpful. If I want to look up a task from a customer to reuse I can't do that. I should be able to search for anything.

The missing control point

Comentarios: Although I've only been using Plutio for a few days, it's been enough for me to get hooked and enjoy spending more time creating quotes, contracts, and invoices to clients. The ability to create and manage projects and link all the various information together is really invaluable.
I would have liked different pricing to be able to white-label the communications sent to the client (quotes, contracts, invoices, etc.).

The extreme integration between data and information is wonderful. It makes everything simpler, more organized and uncluttered so you can be the single point of reference for the entire customer lifecycle. The possibility to create Wikis for the delivery phase to the customer, to keep track in time sheets of the amount of work for each project, to create online forms, to have contracts signed and to be able to receive payments directly ... make Plutio for me a control center without equal.

Puntos en contra:

There are a few steps that, especially at first, might be unclear... like creating templates to use within estimates and invoices. It takes a minimum investment in terms of time to better understand how the software works, but I think it's necessary in the face of such an extensive tool. The cost of the add-on for white-label (a feature not to be underestimated since quotes and invoices will be sent from the email address noreply@email.plutio.com) could be thought of as a one-off cost or at least cheaper for those who already pay for the service.

Its getting me better organized

Comentarios: We took a gamble on this product through an AppSumo lifetime deal. The begining was rough but the developers listened to the customers and constantly improved the product. Today it is a very important part of our infrastructure.

We like the time tracking and billing feature of the product. We have increased our monthly billables by 20% by simply using this software to more accurately track our time.

Sometimes a specific setting or control is buried on another screen which makes us have to stop the task we are working on to go make a global change.

Comentarios: I got Plutio some time ago, I got to be honest that in the beginning when I got it about nearly 2 years ago, it wasn't exactly very friendly, and the learning curve is rather steep. However, they have constantly been releasing new updates and improvements for their online app that had really left a great impression on me! I personally feel that the team makes great efforts to ensure that all the issues/feedback that is provided by their clients are solved and met in a timely matter. I HIGHLY recommend Plutio for anyone who is looking forward for a good and brilliant CRM!

Good piece of software - however needed some improvements

Comentarios: After using Plutio for well over 6 months, I found myself not completely satisfied with my experience. For my style business which has a regular source of work repeating each week I needed something that was specially designed for this type of work. I found Plutio was good at most things - but not specialised in one particular project management style. I feel if they focused their strategy and became really good in one area (for example, project management) they would have an exceptional piece of software. As it stands they are more a piece of software that is just ok at everything.

I used Plutio for my CRM purposes in my business and it did the job to an extent. I found the Plutio to be more suited to a project management style business (like one off projects or contracts), rather than a business that has regular recurring tasks each week and month - which is the style of business that I own. The interface of Plutio is very clean and will appeal to those who like minimalist style task managers. It also has good options to do sprints in projects and trying to get a feel for where resources can be allocated within the business.

Puntos en contra:

In app communications were not as robust as other software that I have used. I found myself searching for past comments a lot and not being able to locate the information that I needed from the history of the search. Also the invoicing function was a bit too basic for my requirements. I required more options to customize my invoices for each client and I would often find myself taking time to manually adjust the invoices. In the end I moved my invoicing out of Plutio to an external software which specialises in an accounting system.

Great All-In-One Agency Management Tool

Comentarios: My workflow was comprised of various SaaS tools for each task, such as proposals, invoicing, project management. I had to log in to over 6-7 apps to go through my tasks. Switching to Plutio allowed me to merge all of them into one, saving my team a lot of time.

It is very easy to set up and use. It's been around for a few years and the team is always updating and working on the platform. Everything works smoothly. All of the features, including project management, allow you to work inside one portal.

It is very simple and basic - which is great when you are starting out. It can be difficult to scale if your processes become more complicated. Proposals and contracts are also very simple and basic, but it works.

The "Apple" of business management software

Comentarios: There is alot of business management software out there. Sure some has more features, but a management system should not be a burden to use. It should be easy and well polished. Easy to understand-UI and have native apps for all your devices. Plutio has all that, and im not changing my main management software ever again.

Plutio: A One Stop Shop Solution

Comentarios: Plutio has been part of my software arsenal for just a matter of months so far; I haven’t quite committed to it whole-heartedly in my day job in higher education, but I keep it open on my desktop and utilize it for jotting quick tasks that follow me around on my various devices. I plan on moving my wife’s small service business to Plutio when the subscription runs out on another SAAS service, so I’m a believer in what the developers are up to and where they are heading.

Right out of the virtual box, Plutio is really adept at managing a growing business, with links to projects and tasks, proposals, invoices and time-tracking, along with links to your calendar(s), contacts and more. It is clearly an overachiever.

With its broad approach, it can be hard to be the best-of-breed in so many areas, and the danger is that the user will get stuck in Plutio-world while the real world passes them by. To their credit, however, the developers are constantly adding features—including integrations to those other “best-of-breed” products and services.

We have been using Plutio for about 3 years now, and it's a tool we use daily for our business. Plutio is not just a project management tool, it's way more than that. You can send proposals, invoices, subscriptions, manage projects with shareable dashboards and everything you need to operate your business. We are a small design agency, and this app is just perfect for us. I want to see automations, but Leo (the founder) said they are coming.

The templates and custom fields had been very useful for us to customize the solution to tailor to our needs. Today we have different types and designs of kanban boards in the projects to suit different project types (Time and Material, Fixed Price, Managed Services, Internal Projects, Customer Support).
