> **Puntos a favor**: Pre-scanning and applicants able to schedule themselves within time frame I set up.

> **Desventajas**: This is made for more white collar rather than blue collar jobs. We hire deliver drivers and got very few applicants.

> I enjoyed the ability for applicants to schedule themselves, my issue with this is that if they didn't show up, I could leave that as feedback but they could continue to reschedule themselves.

Then I submitted the application from the Android device, it was emailing me the message that my interview cannot be scheduled unless I finish the application. I would go back to the application but it was marked as submitted.
