It makes managing my calendar easy and it allows my co host to be connected to all the communications from multiple sites. The connection with VRBO is always a little delayed. Airbnb and Houfy seem to transmit instantly. > > My experience has been good. It has all the functionality I need, including advanced logic for messaging rules. It helps create an excellent guest experience. It connects to all the major platforms and has a great mobile app. I researched others, but I don’t plan on switching anytime soon to the other STR hosting tools. The development team is also very responsive. They’ve taken a couple of my ideas and made quick changes from my suggestions. This is a cheap channel manager, but it’s full of bugs and entirely useless. The customer service is ridiculous, they don’t respond to anything, nor do they even offer phone support.
