Comentarios: Me encanta su funcionalidad , me parece super buena herramienta.

Puntos a favor:

Es una herramienta excelente para las empresas de aviación, yo la uso a diario y es muy fácil hacer los procesos , llevar inventarios , despachar , almacenar , llevar los shelf life de los componentes y tener el control de todos los repuestos y las aeronaves.

Puntos en contra:

De pronto cuando le hacen mantenimiento a la plataforma que a veces dura varias horas sin funcionar.

Es un producto, de muy buenas características para completar la gestión de empresas de aeronáutica

Comentarios: Mi experiencia en general con SOMA es muy buena. Siempre he obtenido respuesta rápida y adecuada a mis requerimientos, inclusive en situaciones urgentes.

Puntos a favor:

Es un producto que se puede ir adecuando a las características de cada usuario. Tienen un muy buen atendimiento a las necesidades de los clientes con nivel profesional.

Puntos en contra:

En algunos manejos de las fases del uso del producto tiene demoras de respuesta o vuelve al reinicio total de la actividad lo que retrasa en determinados casos el ingreso de datos.

Comentarios: We have solved several problem in our maintenance organization like warehouse inventory control and control of Maintenance Program for our fleet. Our team in Maintenance Organization feel happy because their never had had control of all jobs easily

I like its friendly interface to user and I can obtain access in anything place from my cell phone, tablet, etc

I do not have bad comments about it because It is a software pretty friendly

Comentarios: In general, it is a great tool for aeronautical maintenance, easy to use, with a great capacity to keep the fleet updated with its maintenance and guarantees a high reliability.

Puntos a favor:

The software satisfies most of our needs and with the right training, is very user-friendly. As a company we are very satisfied with the support they give us and always have a solution to any inconvenience. It has many reports that are very good at creating statistics. It is very easy to deliver reports to the authority when an audit is conducted. It has many tools that make work easier. the work order is very complete with the information plus now with the new report by task, it is very easy to manage the jobs.

Puntos en contra:

The absence of filters to see my main components grouped as being, engine, propellers, trains.But I'm sure they will solve it.

Soma software for Aviation schools

Comentarios: Very good experience, it fulfilled what I need, it is a complete system, good control of flights

Puntos a favor:

It is a very complete software to keep a control of aircraft in maintenance, flight hours, control of personnel, students, and face data

Puntos en contra:

You can improve the interface of loading data on all flight load and fuel payments, make app to load flight hours of students which would be wonderful

MasAir Engineering Uses of SOMA

Comentarios: My overall experience using SOMA its good. What I think could make you prefer SOMA from other options it will be the Support of the Team to solve our inquires and do the effort to develop what the client requires. Plus the easy way and fast learning curve of the application.

Puntos a favor:

I like the easy way to schedule works on airplanes, the color code to see what is closer to the due date. I have activated the notifications for every rotable part dispatched by stoockroom so inmediatly I can know what is happening. The reports page its too easy for using, you only select what you want to see and SOMA shows it, And the customer support its amazing.

Puntos en contra:

For planning purposes we would like to schedule on future the same task p.e. The Daily check, first we have to complete one to schedule the following accomplishment. I understand that it could be a lock for security but it would be good for us. Also we would like to see the part requirement inside the discrepancies to know if we have all the necessary to close a deferred item.

Comentarios: SOMA is software that meets all the requirements to carry out continuous airworthiness. 100% Recommended.

At first, it was a software only in Spanish language, after our requirement, they developed the platform for English language

Friendly and intuitive

Comentarios: The tool is very good when you already have some familiarity for its use, it should be more friendly and intuitive to the end user

The names assigned to the labels of each tab, do not specify the location of what is being searched

Excellent Tool

Comentarios: You can have the control of you aircrafts. It is very imortant to get alert e-mail with due list. The support is the best in order to fix any problem

Puntos a favor:

Cost versus functionatilly. It is too easy to use. Soma have many parameter to manage the maintenance, spare parts and flights.

Puntos en contra:

The way fill the time in flight should be changed in order to make easer. I woul like fill the total time for each leg instead of inicial hour and final hour.

SOMA Software Review

Comentarios: We can take the control managing the aeronautical components in warehouse ande record keeping.

Puntos a favor:

The information of interest is located very easily. SOMA notifies the transactions of my client that allows me to continue with the next step. The components history report has been very useful.

Puntos en contra:

Its is for de user with low exeriencie in Inventory: the expendables quantity its in batch, were better if SOMA show the total of the item.

EASY USE OF THE PROGRAM

Comentarios: DOWNLOADING THE COST IN PURCHASING THE PROGRAM WAS A BENEFIT AND HAVING A PROGRAMMING OF THE MAINTENANCE TO THE DAY OF THE FIVE AIRCRAFT

THE PROGRAM IS EASY TO UNDERSTAND WHAT IT IS PRACTICAL TO USE TO GIVE CANOPY FLIGHT AND TO MAKE PROGRAMMINGS OF THE MAINTENANTS BOTH WEEKLY, MONTHLY AND ANNUAL, WHICH HELPS TO MAKE BUDGETS

Puntos en contra:

I DO NOT HAVE ANY OBJECTION TO THIS MOMENT

That does not let me open the Work Orders as head of maintenance

soma is an excellent option and easy to use

it is a web posted page and powerful and friendly tool to control maintenance program and to administer all MPD and AD's for our fleet.

we are learning to use this software and in this beginning we can not find to create engineering task not related to maintenance program like reliability task or engineering request for new AD or SB
