The learning curve is extremely short, and the support provided for migration from other systems is excellent. It offers one of the most comprehensive feature sets I have seen, covering everything from diocesan structures to local ministries within individual churches. It manages all aspects, from people and accounting to church events and one-on-one follow-up. The integration with payment services is seamless and efficient. Technical and functional support is prompt and accurate when addressing bugs or issues. The mobile app is especially useful, providing members with personalized information such as their contributions and group memberships. The platform also ensures a high level of security by implementing strong password policies and multi-factor authentication. Finally, the value for money is fully aligned with the range and quality of services offered. > > **Desventajas**: The automatic translation is not accurate (at least for Spanish), although the technical team is available to review and improve it based on user suggestions. They've been able to develop a deeper understanding of how to use it and so they can intuitively troubleshoot their own issues without calling out to me for help\!
