I only downloaded one file—just once—and they refused to issue a refund because of that. Apparently, downloading anything voids their 14-day refund policy, even if you haven’t used any of your editing minutes. I reached out and all I got was a copy-paste reply quoting their terms. Customer support was slow, unhelpful, and clearly more interested in hiding behind policy than actually helping users. €21 wasted for a tool I won’t ever use again. Shameless practice. I’ve asked for my account to be deleted. I’m done with this platform. Refund refused despite evidence the renewal notice was never opened. Support ignored two explicit escalation requests and made refund offers that were never processed. > > I would not recommend VEED to any small business owner. The product works adequately but the billing model relies on customers forgetting annual subscriptions. When I raised a legitimate dispute I was stonewalled, given inaccurate evidence, and ultimately left with no refund and no access to the service I paid for.
