Adobe Connect User Review
La herramienta que estás buscando si quieres sencillez en los procesos y buenos resultados
Comentarios: La recomendaría sin niguna duda.
Puntos a favor:
Puntos a favor:
La practicidad y facilidad que tiene a la hora de compartir pantalla y anexar links.
Puntos en contra:
En ocasiones se caen las videoconferencias.
La peor aplicación del mundo
Comentarios: Desde ayer quiero ver una clase grabada y no he podido. Durante la mañana estuvo bien, pero a la tarde fue imposible ver ya que la imágen tiene una velocidad mucho más lenta que el sonido. No son problemas de video ya que intenté ver videos antiguos que estabanbien y hoy tenían el mismo problema.
Puntos a favor:
Adobe Connect
Puntos a favor:
Adobe Connect allows me to take my work on the road and dial-in on my phone. This allows me to have flexibility during my workday and be able to tune-in whenever, wherever.
Puntos en contra:
I use Adobe Connect specifically on my phone in conjunction with the Forsta application. My only complaint is that is it difficult to login to the Forsta URL through the app, I can't chat live with my colleagues, and I can't exit out of the app and still listen to the meeting (more like a phone call). I'm not sure if this is due to Adobe Connect or Forsta, but improving these specific things would enhance my experience.
Adobe Connect: Web and Video Conferencing Tool
Puntos a favor:
I like that Adobe Connect offers DOLBY voice and 4k resolution video quality when conferencing.
Puntos en contra:
For the entire duration that I have been using Adobe Connect, I have never experienced any flaw.
So much potential but failed to deliver
Comentarios: The team put a HUGE amount of effort into converting our existing materials to Adobe Connect. We loved the all of the functionality that the platform provides - some of which are not available elsewhere to my knowledge. We ran the first few sessions on the new platform but it was just too unstable. The video quality for just about acceptable but the audio was just unacceptably unstable and was interfering with the learning process. Very disappointed to have had to drop the whole thing after so much effort went into making it work. Lots of promise but just did not deliver.
Puntos a favor:
I absolutely love the concepts that Adobe have created in relation to online classrooms. The ability to create rooms and screens and views with elements that can be switched on and off is fantastic. The best feature for me is the ability to save these set-ups and re-use them over and over again. Run a session; save it; refresh it back to the start-up and run another session.Breakout rooms are great and with some work it is possible to set up shared whiteboards that the facilitator can monitor in real time without entering each of the rooms.
Puntos en contra:
The biggest issue was the audio quality - or lack of it. It was OK most of the time - not great but useable. However it was often very poor and it became too much of a hurdle. We had to ditch the whole thing and revert to MS Teams. Most disappointing.
Adobe Connect: Iconic, Robustious and Full-featured A/V/W Conferencing Program
Puntos a favor:
Adobe Connect streamlines communication in my organization by offering internal communications, audio and video conferencing tools in one place.
Puntos en contra:
Adobe Connect for nearly three years now has not posed any bug.
A/V/W Conferencing Program of 2024: Adobe Connect
Puntos a favor:
I am able to create schedule and invite attendees to join corporate meetings online with Adobe Connect.
Puntos en contra:
It requires internet connection to perform even a single task: However, mobile app can send files and sync later when connected to the internet.
Robusta A/V/W Conferencing Tool: AC
Puntos a favor:
Adobe Connect allows me to seamlessly connect with peers, stakeholders, friends and colleagues via audio and video calls.
Puntos en contra:
It requires internet connection to function due to unavailability of offline access feature.
My Overall Overview of AC
Puntos a favor:
Adobe Connect enables me to seamlessly collaborate with colleagues and connect with stakeholders via direct messages, audio and video calls.
Puntos en contra:
All has been perfect apart from lack of offline access capability.
A Solid Choice for a Virtual Classroom
Comentarios: Despite some hiccups, I've enjoyed using the platform overall.
Puntos a favor:
The necessary components are all there for a virtual classroom. I think the breakout rooms work very nicely.
Puntos en contra:
I've encountered several glitches in using this software, some of which might be a home internet problem, but other times they were on Adobe's end.
Great for Your Online Trainings!
Comentarios: Adobe Connect is so helpful for my business, it helps me to have different classes and trainings for our clients and have company meetings. It's a super great app for small to mediuem businesses.
Puntos a favor:
Adobe is great for meeting management, virtual classes, virtual activity dashboards, and many more, as well as for providing perfect training for your business employees or clients.
Puntos en contra:
Nothing particular, the app is designed perfectly for our business needs.
Perfect for everyone
Puntos a favor:
This app helped me flawless attend my lectures without having to worry about connection issue. I particularly like the app, which means I can not worry about accidently closing a browser tab
Puntos en contra:
I have seen a few, very rare glitches, which I have had to load in, but this has never been an issue
Nice meeting tool
Comentarios: Nice tool for real time interaction with team.
Puntos a favor:
It can accommodate a large audience without any glitches.
Puntos en contra:
So far I have not faced any major issues.
adobe Sm
Puntos a favor:
I had never used this product until the pandemic period, but the fact that some lessons continued online and the lessons continued with the ability to watch live and recording through this product showed that the product is very good if it is used actively and functionally.
Puntos en contra:
I saw that there were problems in sharing files and annotations. I witnessed that the files sent to a 40-person class could not be forwarded to some of my friends. Also, it's not a bad feature, but I think it would be good to have 2 and 3x viewing formats for faster viewing of recorded videos.
A Welcome Addition to the "Virtual Meeting" Arena
Comentarios: Adobe Connect is intuitive and pretty self-explanatory, which it would have to be to compete with the ubiquitousness of platforms like Zoom and Skype. It's got the crisp and modern flair of virtual platforms like Facebook video but includes the professionalism and high-caliber respect needed for companies and agencies seeking a legitimate and user-friendly experience for hosting educational content, e-learning and training, and all the customer relationship management solutions their little hearts can come up with. Just a note to everyone getting ready to test the waters, it's easier to just dive in the deep end and download/trial Adobe Connect yourself than it is wade through their murky website's"how-to's"; luckily for them, their new product stands for itself and Adobe Connect is a bright and pleasing addition to the the world of shared virtual/digital experiences.
Puntos a favor:
Adobe Connect makes a colorful splash into the world of virtual meetings and "sharing from a distance", Adobe with their sharp design and cheery, colorful user-interface. While better end-to-end experiences for smoother video and audio are promised, it was really their easy to personalize stage that allows each presenter to design a shared experience to fit their needs for that particular meeting. The favorite feature is definitely the customizable pods that allow a much needed dose of fun to be seamlessly integrated to any presentation and guarantees your audience isn't actually engaged and involved instead of "just there".
Puntos en contra:
The Adobe website is very lacking and antiquated compared to the modernity of their new Connect platform. Although they are NOT lacking in online explanations, guides, videos and "how-to's"...the problem is that they're a mess. Their product pages are all over the place without any real internal linking or logical order/navigating, which made them hard understand and even harder to use a resource or solution.
Adobe Connect appraised
Comentarios: I have found Adobe Connect to be the best online teaching platform I have used.
Puntos a favor:
The ability to create so many different varieties of presentations. What at first seemed to be the complexity of the interface turns out to be not that complex but perhaps its greatest strength.
Puntos en contra:
This is perhaps not like least situation. It appears however that now Adobe has almost completed the long transition. The problem as mentioned above was the very difficult task of painting the train while it was running.
Adobe Connect
Comentarios: My overall experience using Adobe Connect has been very positive. The software is very reliable and offers features such as video conferencing, recording, presentation, and attendee management which are essential for online teaching and learning.
Puntos a favor:
The features are most impactful are video conferencing, presentation feature and real-time chat. These features offer the opportunity for participants to feel more connected with co-workers and students.
Puntos en contra:
The pricing is the least favorite part about this software.
Complex Video Conferencing Tool
Comentarios: Overall I think this software performs similarly to zoom and based on the ease of deployment, I prefer to stick with the familiar zoom software. I think this is best for someone who needs more of a teaching environment than quick video conferences or meetings.
Puntos a favor:
I believe that this software may be good for someone with more technical knowledge. I found it a bit challenging to use compared to zoom, especially as a senior. Once I got it working, it had good video and audio performance. I liked the interactive chat feature
Puntos en contra:
I needed to hire someone to help me set it up for my business.
A No-Frills Online Meeting Tool
Comentarios: Overall Adobe Connect was an acceptable tool, but I preferred the look/feel of WebEx and GoToMeeting which seemed a bit more modern. For an individual account, I prefer Zoom but haven't experienced that as an enterprise tool so I don't truly know how it compares. The few times I did need user support as an admin for Connect, I had a heck of a time trying to track down a live human being - it was not easy getting help until we threatened to cancel our subscription. I probably wouldn't be quick to recommend this tool since there are so many alternatives out there these days.
Puntos a favor:
Connect has a very simple structure of pods that can be turned on or off, depending upon the features you'd like to have available for your meeting. Some examples include chat, drawing, video, screen sharing, polling. The user interface is extremely easy to manage, and I used to train college faculty to use this for offering online classes and lectures - 95% of the time there were absolutely no issues. It is easy to learn, easy to use, and meetings/webinars can be recorded for later viewing.
Puntos en contra:
From an administrator perspective, the admin console for this tool was very outdated. Each user had a folder, within each folder was a series of links for old meetings and recordings. It was complex enough that we opted to have admins manage meeting room creation for all users because it just wasn't very intuitive. The pod look was already a bit outdated when I stopped using the software a few years back, and there were some limits in terms of how many people could be sharing their webcams at once. Also, we found that if more than 2-3 people had their microphones active, there was a lot of feedback, so we always told people to mute everyone unless they absolutely needed to hear participants.
The Time Saver Source for Document Management with Complete Security.
Comentarios: My experience has been amazing with Adobe connect Perhaps I am saying this because of Global Factor, like Workplace without Boundaries these days ,and initially we faced challenges while working on Dual Desktops (1 Client's desktop and 1 Local desktop),because other software's like Nitro,PFG2Go or other Adobe versions were unable to pull documents and merge and upload in client server as per clients needs.Probably it was due to some system or server configurations or complications , not known yet .However after so my trials ,failures ,expertiseviews at last it was Adobe Connect which works as it helps to merge the documents after conversion to PDF from only client Drives ,Moreover it restricts the software to pull documents from anywhere else (local drive ) which maintains the data security intact. Lastly ,I think it is due to such noble software's like Adobe Connect which have a big contribution towards our Corporate world to keep the Clients server data s protected from insecure usage and it also helps the client to maintain Data Protection Act or HIPAA violations keeping everything intact . Thankyou
Puntos a favor:
The best option i like about the software is its Ease of Use and Protection of information with security which help Organizations to maintain its Business Integrity and thus, it also works like additional layer of protection from inappropriate usage of business resources .
Puntos en contra:
Its The size of the software really , little big which something feel me auk ward while installing.
Adobe Connect and I
Comentarios: Adobe allows our company to work with work-at-home agents using the same materials and software as in a traditional training room or conference.
Puntos a favor:
I was a bit hesitant about using Adobe Connect. I thought it would be a software that would be complex and non user friendly. I was surprised to discover the opposite is true. Adobe allowed my training class to be engaged with user friendly options to be apart of the classroom. You can raise your hand, ask a question, provide feedback and even express thoughts in the moment. It is equipped with a white board, chat and options for getting the instructors attention without disrupting the class. the interface is easy to use and appealing. It is secure and private and as a company we often have several training classes going at one time as well as conferences via the Adobe Connect.
Puntos en contra:
I am very impressed with Adobe Connect and don't have many critiques as far as cons go. Visibility of icons are the common criticism. Once you get acclimated to where things are then the icons themselves are not an issue.
Good purposes, needs more work on its execution
Puntos a favor:
Leaders of the meeting can customize the layout of the Adobe Connect room which is very nice to have. You can have pods inside, like notes pods or certain buttons to click to let the instructor/leader/host know that you would like to raise your hand to speak, agree, disagree, step away from the meeting, ask them to speed up or slow down, etc.
Puntos en contra:
The software constantly lags, uploads can be slow, and sometimes it kicks members out of the room (or even the host) for no reason. In principle this software is extremely useful, but could really use some user experience work. In my experience, our video conferences have been randomly frustrating when Adobe Connect acts up and we've had to switch to different modes of communication, which is difficult to work with when you want to rely on one source.
Need major updates to successfully move away from Flash
Comentarios: Given that Adobe is such a well-known company, Adobe Connect is certainly not it's top product. Unless you have some history with Adobe, if you are new to Web-Conferencing software, you certainly should look elsewhere.
Puntos a favor:
Adobe Connect does not have a rich history, at least compare with WebEx. As an Adobe Product, it relies heavily with Flash when it first introduced. It was fairly successfully at the beginning. It's a very common training tools, and that was how I started using it. We used it for training sessions, attendees can interact with various aspects of the program and with each other.
Puntos en contra:
As Flash is dying, Adobe is in need to make a major move to get off from Flash. However, the new product is not s successfully as the original Flash version. During the current pandemic when web-conferencing software is most needed, there is a lot of downtime. The issue is can be capacity of its server. Subscription is also an issue. You have to deal with retailer instead of directly with Adobe. Also, there is only Annual subscription and lack a shorter term. If you need to host >100 users session, be aware. Although it is dorable, license and technical are both need to be worked out first
Decent for smaller groups
Comentarios: While the core of the program was good, it just wasn't built for the number of people I had using it. If you are in a large company, I would go with Adobe Captivate Prime instead.
Puntos a favor:
Connect has a lot of features that are helpful, such as completion reporting, courses that can be grouped into curricula, and bulk uploads to add users.
Puntos en contra:
There is no bulk way to remove users, so you have to go one by one. The interface looks outdated, and adding courses to different catalogs is difficult.
