Employees want to think and answer honestly, some are then discouraged and are closing the dialog box. - Subordinating the answers (say 5 to the choice), discourages the answer if the employee's opinion is different and they cannot write it there directly (a specific questionnaire does not offer such a possibility) - If the employee does not agree with any of the answers from the selection and would like to say something different and skip the question, it is not possible. The employee prefers then to close the entire dialog box. - There were technical several times a year a problem, so they had to be solved repeatedly involved our IT colleagues > > It was interesting experience how to manage personal audit in our company, something new and innovative. If your company have strong IT security, it might cause problems with functionality. > > Our employees could gave us the real feedback and pure opinions without fear. We were able to reacte almost in the same time we were asking them. The questions didn't fit our corporate environment, and they often didn't make sense to people. we did not have the opportunity to modify them. > > Managers received regular feedback. This is a great advantage. When managers worked with outputs, employees were assured that management was interested in their opinion and were thus more satisfied at work. But a lot of questions did not make sense in our company.
