> **Puntos a favor**: I really like the customer support they have, they are always quick to respond, and they also always offer solutions to problems that arise. As for the Jungle Scout interface, I find it intuitive and easy to use. Once you get the hang of it, you can move through the different screens to do your work, understanding the process well. I also like that since I started more than two years ago, things have been updated and it is more modern and has more functions than when I started, something very valuable for my business.

> **Desventajas**: I don't like Jungle because I can't analyze the Pets category, which has a lot of potential, and I can't use the opportunity search engine or use the extension on Amazon, because it doesn't provide data. This is a major flaw for me, since at the same time Not having this large sales section, I cannot analyze the pet niche market.  I also don't like that I can't do searches in all the countries of the European Union, which is the market in which I am going to expand my business. Those two bugs I mention are the important bugs I see in JungleScout

> My general experience is good, I understand the interface well, it is a help that I can put it in my language, Spanish, and also the searches carried out and the market study have borne fruit and work for me. Also the listing building tool is a help to review my listings. Keyword Scout is very good, I really like this function and it is very comfortable to analyze and easy to see and intuitive too. The sales analysis section seems good, I've been looking at it recently and it seems to be a great help too. The extension is very convenient and easy to use at a glance. I can say that I am happy in general. I would just love to see the pet category analyzed, it's really important because it's a big sales category.

> **Puntos a favor**: What I like most about Jungle Scout is that it's an all-in-one tool. Doesn't just offer one specific feature but covers the entire process necessary for success on the platform for begginers or for experts. From product research to supplier database to competitor analysis, inventory management, ad campaigns stats and much more. 

The best part is that all of this is backed by highly accurate data (Accusales) and automation that saves a lot of time. 

The last additions to the tool (AI based) are one step ahead of the competitors. The insights tool and the AI assist chat helping you grow your account are making a big difference on the market

> **Desventajas**: While Jungle Scout is a powerful tool, there are a few areas where I see room for improvement. For example, the review request automation tool is useful, but it lacks advanced configuration (type fo fulfillment, avorage order value, type of customer, etc)

Another feature that could be improved (and actually, on every tool offering the same feature) is AI-generated product listings. Althought useful, sometimes the copy needs manual tweaking to really capture the brand voice or highlight unique selling points​.
