There are options set up in the system that does not work. Example, there is a box you can check that would remove occurrence points at 90 days, but it doesn't work. I have asked customer support and they agreed this is not a valid option. > > I have not had good experiences with TCP. This is why our company is looking to switch, looking for a product that supports their customers.
