DonorPerfect for the Smaller Non-Profit
Comentarios: I highly, highly recommend, DonorPerfect, and am currently attempting to have my present employer switch to it from a far less intuitive donor database. I honestly cannot sing the praises of DonorPerfect enough. It is a donor database designed by fundraisers, who continuously accept input from other fundraisers.
Puntos a favor:
There is so much to love about DonorPerfect. After 10 years in professional fundraising, working with everything from the most-known donor database to numerous smaller ones, DonorPerfect really is perfect. It's extremely intuitive, and extremely customisable. During my training, I was actually jumping ahead of my trainer, and ended up not using a full two hours of the training DonorPerfect provides. Furthermore, I was able to quickly and easily train others on how to use the database.
Puntos en contra:
There was one quirk around using Tab, where it would skip a field near the top of the main Constituent page, then jump back up to it. I never did figure out how to work around that issue.

DonorPerfect is Perfect for Us
Comentarios: Our experience with DonorPerfect has been amazing. The staff has been super helpful and the transition of data from our old system to DP was seamless.

What we like most about DonorPerfect is how easy the software is to use. We also appreciate the wealth of support that is provided not only through customer service but the ongoing and most importantly free webinars that are offered. I am continually learning new ways to manage donors and gifts by signing up for free learning sessions.
Puntos en contra:
Sometimes the screens are not designed in a way that allow us to capture the information that we want. But the good news is, every screen can be customized to meet your specific needs.
Mediocre product, affordable, great chat support
Comentarios: It is an affordable option and will track your donor database and donations, but it is fairly limited outside of that.
Puntos a favor:
The chat support is very helpful, which is important since the product is hard to use so help is integral.

The receipting functions are terrible - we have countless errors every year.

Great platform for nonprofits!
Comentarios: Our experience has been excellent overall. The customer service is great and the system has held up to all of our needs as a growing nonprofit.

I really love how easy it is to create a page for fundraising and manage the incoming donations. I’m by no means “techie” and I have been able to manage our fundraising with relative ease!

I would love to see a more streamlined integration with Quickbooks!

We have used Donor Perfect for many years and when I got my new position, I found what I thought was "BETTER" and gave all the many reasons why i thought it was a good idea to switch. After a year of torture, we're BACK!!! and we have no plans of ever switching again. The software is well designed and very user friendly!
Puntos en contra:
I didn't "not" like Donor Perfect. I liked the functionality or so I thought of another platform because it was all mixed into one, but that didn't seem to go as they said. I'm glad to be back.
