There are grids that allow for many ad hoc reports, but sometimes the fields included are not what I need causing me to have to run multiple reports and merge them together. I also would like to see more options available for import tools similar to the enrollment upload and user upload. For example, I would like to be able to import courses from Excel alongside the enrollments tool for historical enrollments or manual conversions from other systems. > > Absorb has been a great partner since implementation. The customer support has been good and it's been very exciting to see the tool grow and get the opportunity to be a part of trying new options as they release. Also, all videos are removed and unplayable when uploaded as part of an existing PPT. The only option for me is to recreate all of my existing work inside Absorb, costing me hundreds of hours for my whole library. > > Frustrating as can be. Not nearly enough functionality. I should be able to at least upload existing files without distortion. Every step costs me extra time.
