Our support from Absorb was fantastic - the team also readily available and, as well, easy to work with. I was not a seasoned professional and even stepped away from LMS admin duty for a couple years, but now my role has transitioned and I am the main admin for my organization. Using Absorb makes employees and volunteer training smooth as Absorb is integrated with both our staff and volunteer management programs. Overall, when comparing the strengths and limitations, the advantages clearly outweigh the drawbacks, as the identified issues are relatively minor and do not significantly impact the overall effectiveness of the platform. > > I have had a very positive and seamless experience with Absorb LMS across all stages, from implementation and onboarding to training and ongoing customer support. The collaboration with the CRM team, including our regular weekly or biweekly calls, has been particularly smooth and productive. The Absorb team has been exceptional in ensuring a strong overall experience. They have been proactive in following up on tickets, accommodating our time zone requirements, and effectively coordinating with integration teams across different regions. Any initial challenges, bugs and issues were addressed promptly, either through quick resolutions or by providing suitable workarounds tailored to our organization’s learning needs.
