Comentarios: From a cost of product to functionality and reliability perspective Predator CMS is a debt collection software that I would not rate highly, its probably 4 - 5 times more expensive than other functionality equivalent systems.
We used Predator CMS from 2003 until 2013 during that time I found the functionality of the system to be good technically however the service delivery and support resolution of issues and bugs by System Partners Norge was very poor.
Initially we operated the system on our own servers and it operated very well, however installing version updates was always a problem and usually resulted in the re-emergence of previously resolved bugs and language issues, I concluded that version updates released by SPN were not fully tested and sometimes contaminated by the reintroduction of old code that was previously overwritten to resolve bugs and bad coding which required de-bugging after customers had installed updated versions and discovered or rediscovered bugs, the real issue was that the resulting disruption had to absorbed as the users cost with SPN taking no responsibility.
In 2009 we moved to a hosted service with SPN, regrettably this proved to be a disaster which resulted in very slow response times and systems crashes on a regular basis, SPN blamed this on our Broadband speed which we eventually proved was not the case, we estimated that we were loosing one day of production every week (20% productivity loss) as a consequence of these problems and we even had situations where SPN were not available to provide support during our normal business days because the only worked normal office hours local Norwegian times until 16:00 hours and provided no support on weekends or national holidays in Norway.
Data ownership is an issue when the hosted services is selected with SPN as we were unable to get our business data back from SPN when our service was terminated by them in 2013.
I would not recommend this supplier on the basis that my experience regarding their service delivery and especially their attitude regarding their responsibilities as service provider was not good. The unreliability of SPN Predator CMS product version updates causes disruption to business process and quality continuity which impacts on business profitability therfore Predator CMS is not a Debt Collection / Credit Management software I would use again or recommend.
