Puntos a favor: I subscribed to the Plan 1, and I am pretty pleased with it because it does what it needs to quite well - no fuss.
Puntos en contra: However the whole user interface is really confusing at times, like for finding the login page. The admin settings are also quite confusing - they are all over the place.
Comentarios: I have had great experience with Office Exchange . it helps keep my mail very well organized. I have over 1500+ clients and I can find and respond quickly to the needs of my client because of the organization that Office Exchange allows me .. great product!
Puntos a favor: New features in mail have become much more user friendly for a non-technical person like myself. Easy!
Puntos en contra: Some of the features are one off . . in other words for it . . you can only use the feature once within the mail. Like keeping the 'pop out' feature. Like the feature a lot, just wish it was a permanent setting for long term use . . not per email.
