Comentarios: I'd like to see it more current with all communication needs.

Puntos a favor: summary by user for the last 12 months is very helpful info

Contras: data is not up to date ie. user name outdated for Mike network.
Communication - very outdated (Mar 09).
can't change password.

Thank you for your feedback Heather. I will address each of your concerns and have an account rep contact you to discuss.

Concern: Data is not up to date ie. user name outdated for Mike network.
*Tele-Watch uses carrier billing - we need to make this change at carrier level and it will show up in Tele-Watch changed with the next upload. We can over-ride this; however it is better to keep in sync.

Concern: Communication - very outdated (Mar 09).
*These details under Telecom, NOT Mobile and we are not currently managing or uploading Telecom data. Please contact us to add this. Note, out-dated information may show up on a number that has been canceled for year to date history.

Concern: can't change password.
*Password can be changed under Admin. Our support team will contact you to review the process.

Comentarios: A good system, but needs some polish and additional openness

Puntos a favor: Canned reports work well, are accurate
Timely
Top-N reports are good for management

Contras: Open report-writing system would be useful for reconciliation reports, or reports that don't fit within the canned suite, or canned reports for a specific business need.
Exportable data (CSV/XLS) would be useful
User access model is clunky; it would be good to be able to define groups and hierachies
Passwords are exposed
Being able to make changes that create a work ticket (eg, basic change management)

thank you for your valuable feedback. I have to tell you we agree totally with all of the cons you listed. In fact we agree so much that the latest version of Tele-Watch version 2.0 is to start launching to current clients in September of 2010 where we will address all of these concerns, plus bring some all new functionality to the system which will revolutionize communication management.

Comentarios: From the experienced we've had so far with the service, I would be comfortable to recomment Gill's services.

Puntos a favor: - Excellent, rich reporting
- Courteous and efficient service
- Efficient and mostly easy implementation

Contras: - Support hours somewhat short
