Lo que más me gusta de Paylocity es su integración completa, lo que permite una gestión más eficiente y sin problemas de la nómina y la gestión de recursos humanos. Slow but thorough

Comentarios: Personablity and productivity were high on their good side and the overall flow and application of the app or desktop site were both high positives, and even though you had to wait 48 hours usually for a response, when you needed help you at least know they're reliable and responsible...even if they're not hasty.

Puntos a favor:

This company had excellent rollout of the product into the work environment with the most amazing customer support I've ever received. Training and utilization were easy to understand and execute, with very little hiccups at all. Their app is colorful and keeps you very updated on your progress and profile management issues!

Puntos en contra:

There wasn't an easy way to find answers to questions "fast", you would always get a personable and functional response to your questions from a real human who knew your name, but sometimes an immediate assist is more important than an overly communicative/thorough one.

Payroll and Employee management made simple.

Comentarios: The overall experience is satisfactory and exciting for future things to come on live.

I like the overall functionality and user friendly capabilities. Mobile app is great

There is still much room for improvement on expansion but that’s with anyone and anything.

Paylocity is okay but could be better...

Horrible experience with open enrollment and lots of misses on Paylocity's side, with little to no acknowledgment.

Paylocity can be used effectively with little to no training

Comentarios: Paylocity is a highly flexible solution that can grow with a company of any size. From an employee's point of view, the interface is simple and the selections are straightforward.

Puntos a favor:

Paylocity has a great interface. We use it to manage payroll for a client base of 100+. It's simple to use, learn, and manage from a managerial and end-user perspective. The technology simplifies the process of hiring new staff members, managing existing ones, and making necessary changes. We're satisfied with it internally, and so are our customers.

Puntos en contra:

Too many checkboxes to fill out, cumbersome document uploading, and an inaccessible "cause for termination" form are just a few of the complaints that have been voiced about the system.
